Karen Jenner from Cambridge after charity gig on 6th May at The Corner House, Cambridge: “Great night out at The Cornerhouse supporting Arthur Rank House.  Music was just my genre – Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin and many more – had a brilliant night, thanks guys! The joint was truly jumping!”

Andy Jay from Stevenage after 12th March ’16 gig at the Rose & Crown, Bishops Stortford, via Facebook page:  “Saturday was amazing and would love to come back again for another night. Do you do more gigs at the same pub or was that a one off?? Band is awesome……Superb!!”

James Kilroy from Stevenage after 12th March ’16 gig at the Rose & Crown, Bishops Stortford: “I was really pleased to be persuaded into watching this fantastic band.  I only had to be persuaded as I had a half marathon the next day, so knew I would have to be designated driver haha.   I am so pleased I went, what an absolutely fabulous soul band consisting of 5 characters, each with real charisma.   Front man is epic, Dawn on sax is multi-talented and pretty, drummer certainly knows how to beat those skins, bass player is spot on and you would never have known that this was the keyboard player’s first gig with the band.   Cannot wait to see them again!”

Tony Newsome, 25th April at 22.38, in Bishops Stortford via Facebook: “I have just spent an amazing hour, sorry it could not be longer, listening to The Chevrons at the Rose & Crown in Bishops Stortford.  They are FANTASTIC (the sax player is out of this world). If they are appearing anywhere near you I recommend going to see them.  You will be glad you did.”  [slight bias to Dawn (sax) but I guess we’ll allow that].

Kirsty from Stortford after 25th April ’15 gig: “I never dance at the pub, but I just can’t help myself when you guys play your grooves. Absolutely smashed it! Clapped so hard I bruised my hand! #hornyband”
